Shipping & returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on every sink to addresses in the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after you receive your order confirmation email. When your sink ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of your shipping confirmation, email sales@rtakb.com with your name and order number.

Damaged deliveries

Sinks are heavy and ship freight or parcel. Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, take photos of the box and the sink and email us right away at sales@rtakb.com so we can make it right.

Returns

Orders are fulfilled by our partner store RTA Kitchen & Bath, and returns follow its refund policy. Contact us before sending anything back so we can help.
